We’re looking for an
Accounting Clerk to join our Corporate Head Office. This position will be based out of Cranbrook, BC, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and gain valuable experience in a supportive work environment.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with data entry and validation of accounts payable transactions.
- Process rent collection and manage resident accounts receivable transactions.
- Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will meet the below qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required.
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Preference to candidates currently enrolled in the CPA program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & or Great Plains accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
Position Details:
- Hours: This is a part-time position, however may work more hours, depending on availability and workload.
- Duration: Nine-month term position with the possibility of extension into a permanent role.
- Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Flexibility and ability to manage varied workload.
