We’re looking for a permanent, full-time
Revenue Clerk to join our Corporate Head Office. This position will be based out of Cranbrook, BC, and will be reporting to our Financial Controller. If you are a strong team player, then we’d like to hear from you! The successful candidate will have related experience and a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving billing information from company’s various locations, while reviewing and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (ie. Tenancy Act and Continuing Care Act of BC).
- Processing approved refunds and adjustments, as required.
- Posting validated billing information to Accounting system.
- Assisting in the analysis and reporting of revenue and collections information.
- Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will meet the below qualifications:
- Previous experience with performing data entry within an Accounting department.
- Experience using Dynamics Great Plains accounting software.
- Experience working within a Seniors Housing or similar Residential Tenancy environment is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritize work.
- Effective customer service, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Able to anticipate needs and take initiative to complete work in the absence of direct supervision and constant direction.
- Successful clearance of a vulnerable sector-criminal record check;
What we offer you
Salary Range: $
21.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
