Shift Times: 7:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 7:00 (12 hour shifts)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice, who is compassionate, skilled, and ready to take a leadership role in supporting care staff and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centered care.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice, who is compassionate, skilled, and ready to take a leadership role in supporting care staff and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support care staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments in line with BCCNM standards and Village policy.
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being through respectful, person-centered interactions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support positive outcomes and teamwork.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement, education, and safety initiatives.
- Completion of Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, complimented by supervisory experience.
- Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Knowledge and experience with social models of care an asset.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- A competitive salary: $41.21-56.43 per hour, in accordance with provincial wage levelling.
