Shift Schedule: Day / Nights
Shift Times: 7:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 7:00 (12 hour shifts)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice, who is compassionate, skilled, and ready to take a leadership role in supporting care staff and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centered care.

What You'll Do

Lead and support care staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments in line with BCCNM standards and Village policy.
Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being through respectful, person-centered interactions.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support positive outcomes and teamwork.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement, education, and safety initiatives.

What You Bring

Completion of Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, complimented by supervisory experience.
Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Knowledge and experience with social models of care an asset.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
