We’re looking for a qualified, temporary part-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Whispering Winds Village in Pincher Creek, AB. The end date of this position is on or before December 31, 2027. If you are a strong team player, then we’d like to hear from you!

The successful candidate will have related experience and has a passion for providing high quality care and support for seniors.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, coordinates, promotes and delivers social and recreational programs, and physical activities that will enhance the residents’ experience and quality of life.
- Works directly with the Community Manager, ensuring Golden Life Management policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Assists with serving in the dining room, while assisting with food and snack preparations.
- Observes and reports any suspected changes in physical or cognitive abilities that may require intervention or changes to service provisions.
- Ensures common areas of the building are kept clean and well presented.
- Supports the Community Manager with administrative tasks.
- Organizes and coordinates the decoration of the Village according appropriate for the season.
- Acts as a positive and constructive team player, creating exceptional customer service experiences.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with coursework in recreation and fitness or equivalent demonstrated experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Food Safety.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.
- Proof of full Immunization Records.
